Led by an architect who has shipped real software under real constraints, for 17 years.
AstraneoTech was founded in 2025 by Prasad Ghawate, who has 17 years and 4 months of experience, 13 of them designing software that has to be secure, stay fast as it grows, and cost the right amount to run. His work spans healthcare (HIPAA, GDPR & 21 CFR Part 11 compliant clinical trial platform; Anzu Medical library platform for aesthetic plastic surgery societies in the US; Anzu Connect, a medical platform connecting diverse EHR systems to securely access and share patient data), social platforms (a content-organization product built to handle sudden spikes in traffic without falling over), and legal-tech (a system for number-plate detection and tagging CCTV evidence with searchable metadata). He has built to HIPAA, the DPDP Act, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and SOC 2. Recent roles: Chief Architect at Anzu (Anzu Technologies Pvt Ltd, the sister firm of US-based Anzu LLC) from 2023 to 2025, and fractional CTO at INODE RAMS from 2025 to 2026. AstraneoTech exists to put that same discipline behind its own products and other people's hardest problems. Based in Pune, India; works worldwide.

Why does AstraneoTech exist?
I started AstraneoTech to build software the way it should be built.
Over the last 17 years, 13 of them as an architect, I have watched what cost overruns, security debt, and compliance treated as an afterthought do to good companies. They slow down. They get fragile. They pay for it for years. I built AstraneoTech so the default is the opposite: stability, security, scale, and cost-efficiency designed in from the first decision, not retrofitted once the problems are expensive. What I do is turn a business vision into an architecture that holds up, support the engineering team around it, and deliver measurable ROI while protecting your budget and your peace of mind.
What do I actually believe about building software?
Philosophy.
"Good architecture is not the most clever system. It is the one that stays secure, scales without drama, costs what it should over its whole life, and can be explained to the people who depend on it. Every technical decision should make the business stronger, not just the codebase."
Prasad Ghawate · Founder & Chief Architect
How do I actually work?
Safety and regulatory compliance are part of the first design conversation.
I personally design every solution. AI does the heavy lifting on implementation; I own the architecture, security decisions, and review. Safety and regulatory compliance are part of the first design conversation, not a phase near the end. A few things I push for on every engagement:
- AI-assisted development and code review that lifts developer productivity without giving up security.
- DevOps automation, including AI agents, for faster and more reliable releases.
- Cloud architecture that is scalable, secure, and cost-efficient, and that grows with the business.
- Strategic technical leadership that keeps the technology aligned with business goals and ROI.
What have I built and led?
Track record.
Healthcare, social, and legal-tech systems: the HIPAA-compliant education platform serving 5,000+ users, the high-scale bookmarking and content product built for bursty traffic, and the legal-tech surveillance system for number-plate detection and CCTV evidence. Chief Architect at Anzu (Anzu Technologies Pvt Ltd, sister firm of US-based Anzu LLC). Fractional CTO at INODE RAMS and RR Ventures. Delivery of the Diagnopedia AI medical chatbot. Across all of it: solution architecture, cloud on AWS and GCP, AI and SaaS architecture, DevOps and FinOps, security and compliance, technical leadership, and IT cost optimization.

What did the leaders I built for say?
The people I reported to, in their words.
I have worked closely with Prasad Ghawate, the Chief Architect of our technology company, for over 10 years. Many of the projects that we embarked on were unique in concept and execution and required not only strong technical expertise, but also an understanding of how the solutions created would solve identified, complex business problems. Solutions … required meticulous research, comparative analysis of options, risk identification, strict compliance guidelines, and innovative problem solving. The final cog in the wheel … was to effectively communicate this … to non-technical decision-makers in a manner that was understandable. Prasad excelled in all these requirements. Add to that, an outstanding work ethic in a likeable, trustworthy individual, and you have the trappings of an outstanding Chief Architect. I give him my highest recommendation …
