AstraneoTech was founded in 2025 by Prasad Ghawate, who has 17 years and 4 months of experience, 13 of them designing software that has to be secure, stay fast as it grows, and cost the right amount to run.
In healthcare he built a clinical trial platform compliant with HIPAA, GDPR & 21 CFR Part 11; the Anzu Medical library platform for aesthetic plastic surgery societies in the US; and Anzu Connect, which connects diverse EHR systems so patient data can be accessed and shared securely. In social platforms he built a content-organization product that handles sudden spikes in traffic without falling over. In legal-tech he built a system for number-plate detection that tags CCTV evidence with searchable metadata. He has built to HIPAA, the DPDP Act, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and SOC 2.
His recent roles are Chief Architect at Anzu (Anzu Technologies Pvt Ltd, the sister firm of US-based Anzu LLC) from 2023 to 2025, and fractional CTO at INODE RAMS from 2025 to 2026. AstraneoTech puts that same discipline behind its own products and other people's hardest problems. Based in Pune, India; works worldwide.
Why does AstraneoTech exist?
I started AstraneoTech to build software the way it should be built.
Over the last 17 years, 13 of them as an architect, I have watched what cost overruns, security debt, and compliance treated as an afterthought do to good companies. They slow down, they get fragile, and they pay for it for years. I built AstraneoTech so that stability, security, scale, and cost-efficiency are settled in the first design decision, not retrofitted once the problems are expensive. My job is to turn a business vision into an architecture that holds up, support the engineering team around it, and deliver measurable ROI.
What do I actually believe about building software?
Philosophy.

How do I actually work?
Safety and regulatory compliance are part of the first design conversation.
I personally design every solution. AI does the heavy lifting on implementation; I own the architecture, security decisions, and review. A few things I push for on every engagement:

Chief Architect at Anzu (Anzu Technologies Pvt Ltd, sister firm of US-based Anzu LLC), fractional CTO at INODE RAMS and RR Ventures, and delivery of the Diagnopedia AI medical chatbot.
