This Privacy Policy applies to the website astraneotech.com and all services offered by AstraNeo Tech Solutions (referred to as "AstraneoTech", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Pune, India.

1. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, phone number (optional), company name, and the details you share when you contact us via the contact form or email. The phone number field is optional and is used only to contact you about your enquiry or the services you have requested. We do not collect payment information directly; any product purchases are handled by our payment processors.

We do not use third-party analytics tools and do not track you across other websites. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

2. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, scope an engagement, communicate about a project, and send you service-related notifications about the products or services we provide to you (for example, updates, delivery, support, and account or billing matters). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party vendors (such as our cloud hosting, database, and email-delivery providers) to operate the site and deliver our services. These vendors may process your data only on our behalf, solely to provide those services to us, and under contractual confidentiality and data- protection obligations. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. See Section 8 for details.

3. Legal basis (GDPR & DPDP Act 2023)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our legal basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interest (responding to your request). Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) applies, we process data with your consent as given when you submit the contact form.

4. Data retention

We retain correspondence and project-related data for 3 years after our last contact with you, or longer where required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Data storage and transfers

Enquiry data is stored in a secured database operated on our behalf by our cloud infrastructure provider, and is processed by our backend hosted on the same provider's infrastructure. Access is restricted to AstraNeo Tech Solutions and is protected by access controls and encryption in transit. Where data is transferred outside India or the EU, we apply appropriate safeguards as required by the DPDP Act and GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under applicable law (GDPR, DPDP Act 2023), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at prasad@astraneotech.com.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

8. Third-party services

The contact form submits to our own secure backend at astraneotech.com. To run that backend we use a small number of vendors who act as data processors on our behalf: a cloud hosting and database provider (where enquiries are stored) and an email-delivery provider (used to notify us of, and reply to, your enquiry). These vendors process your data only to provide these services to us and are bound by their own privacy policies and our data-protection terms; they do not sell or independently use your data. We do not use third-party analytics services and do not track you across other websites.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
